Who is
I’m a advocate for mental health and former athlete I suffered from the bondage of depression after enduring a rough childhood. In 2014 I gave my life to Christ and haven’t looked back.
Since coming from broken to set free in Jesus today I can proudly say I’m a Daughter to God, Wife, Mother, A Multidimensional leader, Speaker Entrepreneur, Personal trainer and Holistic nutritionist who’s not limited or put in a box.
My passions include YouTubing, content creation, photography, traveling, teaching, art and parenting I hope by me being transparent on my journey to a better physical, mental, spiritual well-being as well and with you becoming apart of Faith Wise Ministry community you can get to know me and watch me grow with you!
I’ve dedicated my life to sharing Gospel of Jesus Christ concerning lost souls wanting true change or struggling with their health but not knowing where to start , Seeking Jesus as the first answer then everything else will follow

Why that motto you may ask ? Because I noticed it stands for everything pertaining to my life! “Look ,once you take that first step in becoming intentional about your well being then you start renewing your mind daily with The word of God , Constant Positive affirmations ,wholeheartedly Changing your mindset and wanting true Change then only then you see the change you always prayed for in every area of your life but first it starts with Submission, Submission under the authority and covenant of Jesus Christ.
